Robert Mitu Biography

ROFRI MED - is a Florida-based firm committed to supporting the medical device manufacturing industry through verification and validation of manufacturing processes, products and systems, and generation of pertinent literature in the form of books, generic SOPs, templates for work instructions, protocols, reports, and all other related documentation.

Before founding ROFRI MED, Robert spent most of his professional life in a variety of engineering positions including research and development, continuous improvement, and quality assurance at several FDA-regulated companies.

Robert has a master's degree in quality assurance (engineering concentration) and a bachelor's degree in chemical and process engineering. He is currently pursuing a course on strategy and innovation at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Robert is a certified quality engineer (CQE) and a certified reliability engineer (CRE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He has also been involved in developing exams for certifying reliability engineers.
